Following the passion

Our journey into serving exotic Persian cuisine began with our increasing passion for the exceptional flavours of Persia. When it comes to Persian cuisine, Kebab is surely the first thing to pop up in your minds but that won’t do the gastronomic justice to the actual Persian cuisine.

The range of dishes is extravagant, often with extensive variations and distinct flavours. We brought together people sharing the similar passion for Persian flavours and were willing to go to unbelievable levels to develop new flavours and serve you the best Persian cuisine you’ve ever had.

At Farsi Restaurant, we bring to you the traditional Persian cuisine with ultimate new savours developed with our extraordinary passion for the cuisine. We bridge the gap between you and delicious kebabs with extravagant variety and flavours starting from Chelo Makhsoos Farsi, Chelo Soltani, Chelo Barg and much more. Our ultimate Lamb Chops, Seafood, Traditional Persian Daily Stews, and rice meals will surely make you fall in love. Do not forget to try our air-whipping desserts and get whipped for once!

We also cater to every individual occasion such as parties wedding, gathering and social events.

22 years’ of experience in the hospitality industry (F&B (school catering) / Events/Sales department) with Sheraton, Crown Plaza and Hyatt Hotels in the Middle East as associate Director of Events. Highly qualified in training and the supervision of staff. Admirable skills in greeting and advising customers and in handling customer enquiries and complaints.

One of Farsi’s pioneers and instrumental members of our team. His experience since the opening and throughout the years, has created an exceptional connection and bond with our clients who can undeniably trust his instincts. His dedication and continuous hard work towards the improvement and growth of Farsi is admirable.

Bahman Kalvand

Executive Chef

An Iranian chef is an absolute necessity in an Iranian cuisine, and our Iranian Chef is the one behind all the authentic and signature dishes of Farsi. More than 20 years down the line with many renowned Persian Restaurants in Iran, he has been with the Farsi team for more than 10 years in Iran and Dubai. He is also highly qualified in the preparation and management of school catering.
